Sheefra Blume has been coaching since 2016. As a clinical herbalist, pranic healer, trained Enlifted Method coach, yogi, mystic inspired by kabbalistic lineage, and ancestral arts enthusiast, she has found purpose in helping others discover connect to their hearts so they can truly live the life they were born to live.
